Returns / Exchanges

Unused items maybe returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Returned items are for store credit only. A shipping credit will be provided if it is a result of our error.

 

Shipping for returns or exchanges, that are not our fault, will not be refunded or credited. Please wrap items in their original packaging and provide a shipping tracking number via email. Once the package is received, a credit will be provided. Normally this takes 5 to 15 businesses days.

 

Please contact us prior to returning the items so we may respond quickly.

Repairs

Unfortunately, if the glass part of any products breaks it cannot be repaired, if it is damaged in shipping, a new piece will be shipped at no cost to you.

 

Jewelry and nightlights attachments are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. If you have any questions regarding repairs, regardless of time frame, please do not hesitate to call.
